Data Deletion

You can have TheAdsConnect delete the data associated with your account at any time.

How to delete your data

• Revoke TheAdsConnect from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → TheAdsConnect → Remove. This immediately invalidates the access token we hold.
• To also delete your stored connection record, contact the business that operates this TheAdsConnect instance with your Facebook account name, and we will remove it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your encrypted access token and your stored account identifier. Ads already created live in your own Meta ad account and are managed by you in Ads Manager.
